What is keeping you out of the Wellbeing Space?

The Wellbeing Space has designed a program which gets to the root cause of your inability to sustain weight control. Like many others you have probably yoyo dieted many times. So why are you unable to make the results lasting?

Many programs are designed to help you to lose weight but The Wellbeing Space Program will assist you to keep it off for life and move positively and confidently towards a happier and more fulfilling future.

The program requires you to really want this change for yourself because the work we do requires you, with the guidance of our experienced practitioners, to find your own solutions within yourself. So you need to be ready, willing and able to fully commit to the process.






The Wellbeing Space

Weight Control Program One

Session OneIn a relaxed, safe and non judgmental way, you will be guided by our practitioners, through simple questioning, to give a detailed personal history. Your practitioner is specifically looking for clues as to what your limiting decisions and negative beliefs are and also for patterns, strategies and internal conflicts you may be experiencing. This session may take between one and two hours.
Session TwoAfter your first session, your practitioner will have uncovered some of your limiting and negative belief patterns. In this session you will work to reframe these old beliefs, so that they now work for you in a positive way.
Session ThreeToday you will be guided on a journey into your past, present and future. This session is sure to be insightful, empowering and life changing.
Session FourIn Session Four, we will be re addressing some significant emotional events in which you made the decisions that have been limiting your results. In gaining new understandings from these events, you will be letting go of negative emotions and limiting decisions. This will allow you to move forward with clarity and a fresh approach to life.
We will also be teaching you some strategies for you to use so that you are able to see yourself in a new and positive ways. And in this session, you will look more closely at your values and inner conflicts, and through a guided relaxation we will help you to install your new learnings at an unconscious level.
Session FiveHeld some weeks after your fourth session, this is an opportunity to come back for some fine- tuning and to address any issues that have arisen since your last meeting.






The Wellbeing Space

Weight Control Program Two

This is a one session program which can be taken after Program 1 if you choose. Program 2 delves a little deeper into why you have been doing things and takes you back again to the past where you have made choices that are continuing to dictate how you behave today. And we also go to the future and put into place different outcomes for yourself.
This session takes approximately three hours but may require more time, (at no additional fee), as determined by your practitioner.

In addition to the above any client who has followed through with the whole Wellbeing Space Program 1 is entitled to the following at no charge:
